Benning Associates' M&A practice is built upon the premise of becoming a trusted advisor to our clients, providing them with sound advice and not simply the expedient answer.

Having spent most of our banking careers in the middle market, we are respectful of the trust our clients place in us - particularly founder and family-owned businesses. We are cognizant that we are intermediaries, not principals.

We view our job first and foremost being one of creating multiple financial options for our client, helping them sort through what is best for their company and its investors, and then banking that deal as best as possible.

Our A-Team At BA there is no B-team. Our relationship bankers are our execution bankers. We don't hand off deals to out-of-town industry or product groups. We don't have separate pitch and execution teams. The team the client knows is the team the client works with.
